WomanÂ?s Passing Ruled As City's 7th Homicide 12-24-2010

A woman shot in Saginaw last June died on Thursday.
Elizabeth Tabron, 70, was shot while walking near her home on Oakwood Street on the city's east side.
Police have ruled her death a homicide.
However, investigators said it's too early to say if the man accused in the shooting will be charged with murder.
Police said the shooter was 18-year-old Donte Houston. He faces four felony charges, including assault with intent to murder.
Tabron's death could become the seventh homicide of 2010 in the city.
