BronnerÂ?s Vandalism Court Hearing Pushed Back 1-03-2011

Five Genesse County men accused of vandalizing Bronner's Christmas Wonderland will have to wait until Tuesday morning for arraignment.
The men, Nickolas J. Bright, 21; Ryan Buckler, 19; Branden K. Dean, 20; Caleb G. Quintanilla, 17; and Samuel D. Quintanilla, 20, have been out of jail since posting bond on Thursday.
The group was expected to be arraigned Monday, but WNEM TV5 has learned their cases were pushed back.
The vandalism occurred Christmas Day, between 1 and 8 a.m.
Each face two felony charges of malicious destruction of property over $20,000 and conspiracy, with maximum penalties of 10 years in prison and $15,000 in fines.
Chief Executive Wayne Bronner said damage done to his family’s store was estimated at $50,000. In all, about 75 figures were damaged.
