Woman's Body Discovered Along Saginaw River 1-11-2011

WNEM.com has learned a woman's body was found near the Saginaw River.
Saginaw Police told TV5 the body of a white woman was found while a man was walking his dog.
The discovery was first reported around noon.
Authorities said they are not ruling out that the body is that of missing woman Toni Frenzel, 56, who was reported missing by family about ten days ago. Authorities are not confirming its her body either.
“[The body] has been taken to the morgue," said Saginaw Police detective Joe Dutoi. "It appears to be the missing woman, and we don’t know until we’re able to do an autopsy and an examination."
"There’s doesn’t appear to be any signs of foul play, but we certainly don’t rule [anything] out," Dutoi went on. "That will be part of our investigation as the day continues.”
Authorities said the body appears to have been at the location for up to 48 hours and it will take a few days for them to complete an autopsy.
