Employee Of Rival Lawn Care Arrested For Theft 1-13-2011

The Saginaw County Sheriff's Department arrested a man in connection with the theft of three snowplows in Saginaw County.
David Clay Robison, of Brandy Township, has been charged with three counts of larceny of property worth $1,000 or more, but less than $20,000.
The larcenies allegedly took place between Nov. 25 and Dec. 5.
Deputies said the first larceny took place at 1501 W, Brady Road in Chesaning, the second larceny took place at 1800 S. Miller Road in Saginaw and the final larceny occurred at 3811 Carrollton Road in Carrollton.
A joint investigation revealed that the three snowplows were recovered at Ope’s Lawn Care. Deputies said Robison, an employee of Ope’s Lawn Care, took the equipment from other nearby lawn care services.
Hydraulic fluid that was leaking from one of the plows led deputies to Robison.
