Police: Employee Stabbed At Adult Foster Home 2-03-2011

A 34-year-old man was hospitalized following a stabbing incident at a local adult foster care home Thursday morning.
Carrollton Township police said the man who was stabbed is a staff member of Piper Adult Foster Care Home, 806 Piper Drive. His condition has not been released.
The home is operated by Beacon Harbor Homes, which is licensed by the Michigan Department of Human Services.
A 23-year-old resident of the home was taken into custody, police said.
No other residents of Piper Home were injured.
