Ice Blast Festival Promises Tons Of Family Fun 2-11-2011

The Saginaw Spirit ICE BLAST, presented by PRIDE in Saginaw, is back for its fifth consecutive year.
The event will be held in conjunction with two Spirit home games on Friday and Saturday in downtown Saginaw.
Here is a schedule of events:
Friday:
  • 10 a.m. - 5 p.m. Ice Blast Activities
  • $1 off admission with any Saginaw Spirit Ticket
  • 5 p.m. Heated Tent Opens At The Dow
  • $2 beers
  • Music from the Robert Lee Revue
  • Kids Inflatable Play Area inside The Dow
  • Magicians, games, ect.
  • 7:11 p.m. Spirit host Owen Sound

Saturday:
  • 10 a.m.Ice Blast Activities
  • Noon - 4 p.m. Saginaw Childrens Zoo free admission
  • Noon - 4 p.m. Hoyt Park offers sledding, free hot chocolate and cookies
  • 5 p.m. Heated Tent Opens At The Dow
  • Chill Cookoff
  • $2 beers, live music
  • Kids Inflatable Play Area inside The Dow
  • 7:11 p.m. Spirit host Kitchener Rangers
