Roads Remain Closed Following Train Derailment 3-13-2011

An intersection in Bay County’s Essexville remains closed after a train derailment over the weekend.
Police shut down Woodside Avenue and Third Street after several cars went off the track Saturday morning. None of the cars tipped over.
The coal train was headed to the Consumers Power Karn-Weadock plants.
There are no reports of injuries.
Officials said the intersection will be closed until Wednesday or Thursday.
