St. Clair Co. Sheriff: Body Dumped In Township 3-16-2011

The St. Clair County Sheriff's Department is trying to figure out who dumped a body in a rural area of Port Huron Township.
Sheriff Tim Donnellon said a person called police around 7:45 a.m. Wednesday to say a body had been dumped from a vehicle.
Authorities said the victim is a white male, no identification was found on the body and the cause of death isn't yet known.
Betty Mintz lives on the narrow dirt road where the body was found.
Mintz told the Times Herald of Port Huron she's lived in the sparsely populated, normally quiet area for more than 50 years, and "nothing like that has happened."
Port Huron Township is about 100 miles southeast of Saginaw and about 60 miles northeast of Detroit.
