Drugs, Guns, Cash Seized In State Police Raid 3-16-2011

Officers from the Bay Area Narcotics Enforcement Team said they seized more than $7,000 cash, along with illegal drugs, guns and hundreds of Vicodin pills.
Four people were arrested Monday in connection to the raids in Mount Pleasant. Dwayne Whyce, 40, of Detroit; Kimberly Wyche, 33, of Detroit; Cheryl Haggart, 53, of Mount Pleasant; and Amy Simons, 26, of Mount Pleasant, are facing several felony counts, including delivery of heroin/cocaine.
In all, agents seized more than 2 pounds of marijuana, 10 grams of heroin, 2.5 grams of cocaine, 102 morphine pills, 50 Ecstasy pills, 656 Vicodin pills, a rifle and cash.
Police said three search warrants were executed at homes and the fourth was at a storage facility.
Narcotics agents were assisted by officers from the Mount Pleasant Police Department and Michigan State Police.
