Law Enforcement Creates Child Porn Task Force 3-23-2011

Local law enforcement agencies are teaming for a child pornography crackdown.
Michigan State Police and Flint police are forming a new task force dedicated to tracking down criminals preying on kids.
Funding will come from the Department of Justice. MSP will provide the training and equipment. The Flint Police Department has dedicated one officer to the unit.
"There will be cases that deal with trading child pornography, possession and people that use social networking sites," said MSP’s Thomas Kish when describing part of the unit’s mission.
Officials said they are still looking for other local agencies to join the initiative.
