Even back in 1992, when a drunk crossed the center line and hit our daughter. The officer took her statement and let us take her to the hospital (she had Minor injuries) and took care of getting the car to our house then up to the hospital to check on her. I can't say enough good things about our police dept. We will miss our fallen officer. May he rest in peace.

My extreme thoughts and prayers go out to Trooper Werka's family at this terrible time. May God watch over them and take care of them. ( And may the scum who indirectly caused this, live with the thoughts of this daily!)
