The Canton Cougars may be in last place in the Ultimate Indoor Football League standings, but they continue to give the Saginaw Sting all they can handle.
With the Sting up 62-55, late in the 4th quarter, the Cougars scored to make it a one point game but missed the ensuing extra point.
The Cougars then recovered an onside kick, but were unable to capitalize as the Sting held on for the 62-61 victory.
The win enabled the Sting to avenge a 53-52 loss to the Cougars in week 4.
Saginaw now sits at 6-2 on the season heading into a huge match-up at first-place Northern Kentucky on Saturday, April 23.
