Detroit Tiger slugger Miguel Cabrera's court hearing on a DUI charge has been postponed until June 10.
The hearing was supposed to take place on Friday.
Cabrera was arrested in St. Lucie County, Fla. on February 16 and charged with DUI and two misdemeanor counts of resisting an officer without violence.
Cabrera faces a maximum charge of one year in the county jail and a $1,000 fine for resisting arrest.
The DUI charge carries a maximum six-month jail stay and a $1,000 fine.
