The Detroit Tigers will hope to stop a two game losing streak Monday night when they travel to Seattle to take on the Mariners in the first of a three game set.
The Tigers won the first two games of a four game series in Oakland, but the Athletics took the final two.
Detroit is currently in 4th place in the American League's Central Division at 7-9.
Seattle is in last-place in the American League's West Division at 5-11.
Monday night's game starts at 10:10 p.m.
Max Scherzer (2-0) takes the mound for the Tigers.
He is opposed by Seattle pitcher Jason Vargas (0-1).
