Two men were arrested Tuesday morning in Clare County after a high-speed chase led sheriff's deputies to a stolen motorcycle and Quad Runner.
The Clare County Sheriff's Department said deputies attempted to pull over a vehicle in Frost Township around 2:30 a.m. Tuesday.
