SVSU Expands Green Energy Graduate Program 5-16-2011

Saginaw Valley State University is adding a new graduate program aimed at keeping up with the region's shift toward green energy.
Starting in the fall, students can pursue a master’s degree in Energy and Materials.
The program is designed to help graduates compete for jobs at companies like Dow Corning, Dow Chemical, and Hemlock Semiconductor.
Dow Corning helped the university develop the program.
Nearby Delta College offers a similar curriculum and have an extensive wait list.
