MIDLAND, MI (WNEM) -
The body of a missing Midland man has been located.
Family members of Seth Thompson have confirmed his body was recovered Saturday in Eaton County, that's about 20 miles from Lansing.
The 83-year-old man was last heard from on the night of June 24 when he left with an Eaton County man who allegedly owed Thompson money.
That 43-year-old man is being held in connection to Thompson's disappearance and death.
An autopsy is also scheduled to be performed to determine an exact cause of death.
Thompson was a retired orgal surgeon.
