After resigning from his position as head football coach at Portage Central in March of 2010, Brett Foerster has accepted the position as defensive coordinator at Climax-Scotts High School.

Foerster was head football coach Saginaw Heritage and also played football at Saginaw Valley State University.

Foerster joins the staff of Kevin Langs at Climax-Scotts, a team that has won 10 or more games in eight of the past nine seasons.

In five seasons with Portage Central, Foerster was 36-16, appearing in the playoffs the last four seasons while winning three consecutive league titles.
