SAGINAW COUNTY, MI (WNEM) -

Forty autistic children from mid-Michigan are participating in a camp at Saginaw Valley State University.  They call it  "Camp Cardinal  Kidz."  It's a "free"  four week camp for autistic children who do not qualify for special education services through their school in the summer.  It's funded by the Great Lakes Bay Autism Center which relies on donations and fundraising.  The camp is full for this year but you can get more information for next year, just check out the hot links section at wnem.com
