Death of man in Tuscola County house fire ruled suicide

TUSCOLA COUNTY, MI (WNEM) -

Investigators say a 51-year-old Tuscola County man found dead following a house fire Friday afternoon killed himself.

According to a news release, an autopsy revealed Jon Matthew Corba, who lived at the home on 9685 Sergent in Arbela Township, committed suicide.

Emergency crews were called to the home at 1:15 p.m. Friday for a report of an explosion and fire.

Investigators did not release the details of Corba's death.
