SAGINAW, MI (WNEM) -

Need help filling out those financial aid forms for college?  It's available at a local college this coming Sunday. Delta College is hosting College Goal Sunday on Feb. 12, from 2 to 4 p.m. on the main campus, in the computer labs off the library (LLIC). Across the state hundreds of volunteers will help college-bound students and their families complete the Free Application for Federal Student Aid or FAFSA at more than two dozen College Goal Sunday events.

At College Goal Sunday you can have a professional financial aid assistant help complete the FAFSA for the 2012-2013 school year. Not sure about college? Financial aid experts will be available to assist students, and parents - both new and returning - in completing their FAFSA on the web for financial aid consideration. Students graduating from high school in 2012 or already in college, need to submit the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA). For the best results, applications need to be turned in by March 1.

Still not sure about college? Apply for the money now and decide later. In addition to Financial Aid representatives, there will be admissions representatives from Delta College, Saginaw Valley State University, Northwood University and Davenport University available to answer application questions. Representatives from the Saginaw, Bay and Midland Community Foundations will also be here to help with scholarship questions. Please reserve this date on your calendar. We hope to see you there!

Visit www.MICollegeGoal.org for more information, or contact the Delta College Financial Aid Office at 989-686-9080.
