Undercover Boss TV show makes stop in Mid-Michigan

GENESEE COUNTY, MI (WNEM) -

Reality TV made a stop in Mid-Michigan late last year and this Friday we get to see what was recorded.

Undercover Boss is a program that takes CEOs and puts them in the trenches of their business where they meet employees and talk to them as equals and hear what's really on the minds of employees.

On this Friday's episode of Undercover Boss, Rick Silva, CEO of Checkers & Rally's Restaurants enter's the fast food workforce and the "I'm the Boss" reveal was taped at the Rally's Restaurant in Flint Township.

"Talking to Rick about the experience and really seeing how everything comes together in the heat of the moment," said Rally's Franchisee Alan Balen, he continued "Seeing how hard these people work in our restaurants to make sure they do the right thing and serve quality products."
