BAY COUNTY, MI (WNEM) -
Authorities in Bay County are investigating after two more pharmacies were broken into overnight.
Bay County Sheriff's deputies were called to a break-in at Monitor Pharmacy, 2981 Midland Rd. in Monitor Township, at about 2:05 a.m. Wednesday.
According to a news release, the thieves stole a large quantity of pharmaceuticals and assorted drug paraphernalia. Deputies reported the thieves broke through the store's front door.
The other Wednesday morning break-in occurred at the Maplewood Pharmacy, 920 N. Johnson St., in Bay City. Police have yet to release details on that case.
Earlier this week, Wackerly Pharmacy in Bay County's Auburn and the Great Lakes Pharmacy in Midland were also burglarized.
Police haven't said if the break-ins are related.
