Wolverine women to play Alabama in Super Regional - WNEM TV 5

After winning the Louisville Regional last weekend, Michigan heads to the Tuscaloosa Super Regional this week to take on host and No. 2 overall seed Alabama.

The best-of-three series winner will advance as one of eight participants to the 2012 Women's College World Series in Oklahoma City.

Michigan has faced Alabama 11 times in program history, holding a 7-4 all-time mark.
