BAY CITY, MI (WNEM) -
Bay City Police have released new information on a man they say is connected to a shooting that happened near the Baytown Family Neighborhood apartments.
Two people were shot Wednesday at about 1 p.m. after an argument escalated into a confrontation, according to police.
According to TV5 Reporter Liz Gelardi, two men were involved in a dispute when one of them pulled out a gun and shot the other man in the face. Another bullet hit a bystander in the leg.
Gelardi reported a 12-guage shotgun was recovered at the scene.
The suspect, who is wanted by police on multiple felony charges, is Roger L-Derring Davis, also known as "Lil Man." Davis is a black male, standing 6' 6", with black hair, brown eyes and weighs 220 pound.
Police said Davis maybe driving a black 2001 Chrysler, Michigan registration CC75762 and maybe in the company of Kimberly Campbell. Investigators say Campbell is wanted for questioning only.
Both victims in this incident received medical treatment and were released. One of the victims was later arrested on an outstanding arrest warrant and lodged in the Saginaw County Jail.

On Thursday, the Bay County Prosecutor's office issued an arrest warrant for Davis on several weapons charges, as well as an arrest warrant for Davis' female companion, Kimberly Campbell, as an accessory to a felony.
