STANDISH, MI (WNEM) -
Officials say a tree has fallen on a camper at a local campground. It happened Sunday afternoon at the Big Bend Campground, located on Conrad Road in Standish.
The tree fell on two RV's, crushing the first and doing only minor damage to the second. Four people were trapped inside the heavily damaged motor home.
All of them suffered injuries. Their conditions were not immediately known.
The Big Bend Campground was the recent winner of the "Top 5 on 5" contest for "Best Campground."
