Planned power outages set for Saginaw, Kochville townships

SAGINAW, MI (WNEM) -

People in Kochville and Saginaw Townships could be in the dark Wednesday as Consumers Energy is shutting off power between 4 and 4:30 a.m.

Officials will be performing maintenance repairs.

The affected areas will include the Bay Road corridor from McCarty north to Pierce, and the area bounded roughly by McCarty to the south, Pierce to the north, Davis/I-675 to the east and extending about half a mile west of Bay Road.

About 1,400 customers will be affected.
