Area pinball player qualifies for big tournament in Seattle

GENESEE COUNTY, MI (WNEM) -

Flushing resident Andy Rosa has had a lifelong love for pinball.

His hard work and dedication to the game has earned him a world ranking. According to pinballrankings.com Rosa is the 14th-ranked pinball player in the world. Now Rosa is getting ready to play in the World Pinball Championships in Seattle, WA.

The tournament will host 64 world-ranked players from 12 different countries June 8-11. The winner will take home $1,000 and a brand-new pinball machine game.
