SAGINAW, MI (WNEM) -
The Michigan Jazz Trail is coming to Mid-Michigan this week and WNEM TV5 will have reports from each concert throughout the weekend.
On Wednesday, musicians will perform at Wenonah Park in the Blues by the Bay show. Several high schools will kick off the concert at 3 p.m. and they'll be followed by several more acts.
Jazz on the Green is June 23 at Dow Gardens in Midland. That event will feature the Michigan Jazz Trail Band and Ramsey Lewis and Sunshine Band.
The third concert Heart & Soul will be held at the Dow Event Center in Saginaw June 24.
Sunday the Jazz show will go to the Dow Event Center in Saginaw. TV5 will be live at all three events and bring you continuing musical coverage.
The mission of the Michigan Jazz Trail is to celebrate the rich heritage and many facets of jazz and build a diverse statewide audience through education and entertainment. WNEM TV5 is a proud media sponsor.
