LANSING, MI (WNEM) -
Gov. Rick Snyder is expected to sign legislation Tuesday cracking down on child abusers.
It's also known as "Dominick's Law," which is named after 4-year-old Dominick Calhoun.
He was the Genesee County boy who was beaten to death for wetting his pants.
Snyder is to sign the bill this afternoon.
Dominick's killer, Brandon Hayes, is serving a life sentence for the boy's murder.
