SAGINAW, MI (WNEM) -
A change in the ranks is coming to the Saginaw Police department.
Police chief Gerald Cliff is stepping down and will take a job in Fairmont, WV.
He said he will be training police in that city on how to catch white collar criminals.
Cliff took over the Saginaw Police Chief position in 2005.
His final day will be July 10.
