Roderick Harris
FLINT, MI (WNEM) -
The man suspected of shooting and killing two people early this morning has turned himself in.
Flint police said 43-year-old Roderick Harris hasn't been formally charged yet.
Police said a man and woman went to a house on Pulaski Avenue near Aubrey Street in Flint around 12:30 a.m. Tuesday morning to pick up a debt. That's on the city's north side.
Police said they were gunned down as they were leaving the basement area.
Harris, who was wearing an electronic tether, said he cut it off and took off running before turning himself in.
Police said that there have been up to eight shootings Monday and early Tuesday in Flint.
