SAGINAW, MI (WNEM) -
Police have identified Saginaw's latest shooting victim as Victor Rashad Brown, of Detroit.
Brown, 24, was killed during a shooting just before 1 a.m. Thursday near Glenwood and Erie.
Police said Brown was shot several times and did not survive his injuries.
Brown is a former Saginaw resident, who still visited the city often, according to police.
