Jason Richardson to host free basketball camp

CARROLLTON TOWNSHIP, MI (WNEM) -

NBA athlete and Saginaw native Jason Richardson is hosting a free basketball camp in Saginaw County this week.

Richardson will host the "Skillz and Drillz" Basketball Clinic on Friday, July 13, 2012 from 8 a.m. to 1 p.m. at Carrollton Elementary School, 3211 Carla Drive.

The free event, open to boys and girls ages eight to 13, will feature skill challenges, team play, drills, and awards. Campers will receive T-shirts, and lunch.

There are 100 camp slots available. Pre-registration is required. To reserve camp slots, please call 989.607.1943.
