FLINT, MI (WNEM) -
All Mott Community College locations, including the main campus in Flint, will be completely smoke- and tobacco-free as of the start of Fall semester on Sept. 4, 2012.
Earlier, the ban on smoking and tobacco had been implemented at MCC's other locations, such as the Northern Tier Center in Clio, but now the ban will be in effect throughout the MCC system.
That means there is no smoking or tobacco of any kind in the buildings or on the grounds of any of Mott Community College's facilities.
The college says that includes smoking outside the doors or even in the parking lot. The college says the only place where someone can smoke at MCC is inside their vehicle.
