2 men in critical after Saginaw shooting

SAGINAW, MI (WNEM) -

Saginaw police say two people are in critical condition following a Monday night shooting on the city's southeast side.

It happened just before 9 p.m. in the 2300 block of Hampshire Street, near Lexington and Capehart.

Saginaw police say the victims, a 26-year-old man and a 30-year-old man, were shot multiple times. A TV5 tipster said a man on foot shot into a pickup truck with the two men inside. They were transported by ambulance to the hospital, where one remains in critical condition and the other in serious condition.

Saginaw police detectives are investigating the case.
