Milton Hall
SAGINAW, MI (WNEM) -
The public is being invited to attend a panel discussion led by local experts on the subject of leadership and community relations in the wake of the shooting death by police of Milton Hall.
Armed with a knife, Hall allegedly made an aggressive move at officers. They responded by shooting at least 46 shots at him. That's something many in the community have questioned.
"The death of Mr. Milton Hall has brought into question if there was something that could have prevented this tragedy and if subsequent action have been sufficient to prevent another tragedy," stated a news release on Tuesday.
The "Leadership Before and After Milton Hall" Town Hall meeting is scheduled for Thursday, Aug. 16 at 7:00 p.m. at the Saginaw Valley Rehabilitation Center (SVRC) at 1000 Tuscola Street in Saginaw.
The event is being organized by the Delta Sigma Theta sorority.
