Serial stabber's court date adjourned

FLINT, MI (WNEM) -

The man known as the Flint serial stabber was expected back in court Friday but that hearing has been adjourned.

Elias Abuelazam's pre-trial examination will now take place Oct. 5 in Genesee County Circuit Court.

A judge will determine if there is enough evidence to have Abuelazam stand trial in the death of Frank Kellybrew in 2010.

Abuelazam was convicted earlier this year in the murder of Arnold Minor.

He was sentenced to life in prison.
