SHIAWASSEE COUNTY, MI (WNEM) -
The Shiawassee County Sheriff's Office said deputies have arrested an Owosso man in connection to the Aug. 13 robbery and felonious assault at a home in Owosso Township.
The incident happened at a house on W. M-21 near Baldwin Road. Deputies said they acted on a tip which identified a possible suspect. Detectives then set up surveillance on the man, who police have declined to identify at this time.
On Thursday, the man was located and taken into custody without incident around 3 p.m. just outside the city of Durand.
The man is currently being held at the Shiawassee County Jail on unrelated warrants.
