SAGINAW, MI (WNEM) -
Police are looking for a gunman who allegedly shot and killed an 18-year-old man.
It happened Wednesday at around 4 p.m. on 7th and Federal Streets on Saginaw's east side.
When police arrived, they found a man with gunshot wounds to his chest.
He was taken to a local hospital where he was later pronounced dead.
Police are treating the shooting as a homicide, making it the 16th homicide in the city this year.
