The Rev. Al Sharpton's national organization now has a local chapter in Saginaw.
They say despite Mike Thomas' ruling, there are more questions than answers in the Milton Hall shooting.
About 35 people attended the first official meeting of the Saginaw chapter of the National Action Network Thursday night.
It was held just a day after Mike Thomas decided not to file criminal charges against the six officers involved in the July 1 shooting of Hall.
The homeless man was shot at 47 times and hit 11 times.
Despite Thomas' decision, members of NAN say their fight for justice for Hall is not over.
The organization plans to hold a rally on Sept. 28, calling for the officers to be fired.
