FLINT, MI (WNEM) -
A crash involving a semi-truck shut down a portion of a local interstate early Friday morning.
Police in Flint said the accident happened around 2:30 a.m. when a vehicle traveling along eastbound I-69 near Saginaw St. became trapped underneath the truck.
At one point, the driver of the car was stuck inside.
The driver was freed from the vehicle a short time later.
It's not clear at this hour what caused the crash or if anyone was seriously hurt.
The roadway has since re-opened.
