SAGINAW COUNTY, MI (WNEM) -
The mother of Milton Hall - the homeless man killed by Saginaw police officers - is coming to Mid-Michigan.
Jewel Hall's visit comes on the heels of the Saginaw County prosecutor's decision not to charge the officers involved in the shooting.
WNEM TV5 has learned she will thank the community for its support and attention to this incident.
Hall will speak at the Seventh Day Adventist Church on Wadsworth in Saginaw on Saturday at 11:00 a.m.
Hall has said through her attorney the family plans to file a civil lawsuit in the case.
Milton Hall was shot and killed on July 1 in the Riverview Plaza in Saginaw. He was threatening the officers with a knife and refused their commands to drop it.
