MT. PLEASANT, MI (WNEM) -
A big celebration is planned for Friday in Mt. Pleasant where people will gather at Central Michigan University for the official grand opening of the College of Medicine.
A ribbon-cutting ceremony is being held at 10 a.m. at the state-of-the-art facility.
Students will learn patient-centered care inside the $24-million addition to the University's Health Professions building.
