PONTIAC, Mich. (AP) -
The teenager who is accused of killing his father and severely injuring his mother and brother will stand trial.
A psychiatrist found Tucker Cipriano competent to stand trial Tuesday.
Tucker and his friend are accused of using baseball bats on Robert Cipriano and his wife, Rose, and son, Sal, back in April.
Robert Cipriano died in the attack.
Rose Cipriano is a Bay City native.
Rose and Sal continue to recover from their injuries.
