Thieves hit Bay County doctor's office

BAY COUNTY, MI (WNEM) -

The Hampton Township Police Department is investigating a larceny after someone stole the copper, wiring and parts of the air conditioning/heater units outside Bay Eye Care Center.

The office is located at 116 Tuscola Rd. in Bay County.

The units were found torn apart in a wooded area behind the building.

Police know the crime happened sometime after 7 p.m. Tuesday.
