A prisoner is back behind bars after he went missing earlier this week.
State Police say 22 year old Thomas Howard left the Camp Tuscola correctional facility in Caro on Monday.
That's in Tuscola County.
Police arrested Howard in Detroit, yesterday afternoon.
Howard is a parolee with two controlled substances convictions.
