The trial for admitted Chardon school shooter has been moved to January.

TJ Lane's trial was set to being on November 26, but the courts tell 19 Action News it is now slated for January 14, 2013. The official reason for the delay has yet to be released.

Lane has admitted to the February 27 shooting at Chardon High School, but offered no motive. 17-year-old Russell King, Jr., 16-year-old Daniel Parmertor and 16-year-old Demetrius Hewlin were killed. 17-year-old Nick Walczak remains paralyzed from the waist down. 18-year-old Joy Rickers and a 6th, unidentified victim were treated and released from the hospital.

Lane's attorney has entered a not guilty by reason of insanity plea on his behalf.
