Water main break causing headaches for Midland commuters

MIDLAND, MI (WNEM) -

A water main break in Midland has a popular roadway shut down.

The intersection of George Street and East Carpenter Street is closed because of the problem.

If you're traveling in the area, State Street can be used as an alternate route.

East Pine Street can be used as an alternate route for commuters who normally take Carpenter Street.

WNEM will keep posted as to when the roadway reopens.
