ST. CHARLES, MI (WNEM) -
Authorities are still waiting to learn what killed a hunter near St. Charles over the weekend.
The Tri-Township Fire Department was called to an area along Wahl Road, east of M-52 just before 12 p.m. Sunday.
When crews arrived, they found a woman trying to pull a man out of the water.
An autopsy is being performed.
Officials have not released the hunter's identity.
It is being treated as a suspicious death.
